Are prospective buyer clients required to show identification before viewing a listing?

No. Point Realty does not require prospective buyers to provide identification prior to viewing listed properties. A seller may independently require identification as a condition of entry to a particular property, and government-issued identification may be required at closing.

  2. 02

Are prospective buyer clients required to sign an exclusive buyer-brokerage agreement?

No. Point Realty does not require prospective buyers to enter into an exclusive brokerage agreement with our firm as a condition of receiving services.

  3. 03

Are prospective buyer clients required to provide mortgage pre-approval before receiving services?

No. Mortgage pre-approval is not required prior to a first showing. Proof of funds or a mortgage pre-approval may be requested before an offer is prepared and presented, consistent with customary practice and any requirements set by the seller.

These standardized operating procedures are also available upon request at our office at 24A Lido Blvd, Point Lookout, NY 11569, and by calling (516) 476-2009.
